@Yuchenj_UW The best thing about these LLMs is I can just be sitting around, a random idea pops up and I’m like, “wait… let me build this real quick.”
Every idea suddenly feels buildable.
Sometimes when software stresses me out I’m like, should I just build my own?

Stop Turning WhatsApp Into Instagram 🤦🏽‍♂️

If the WhatsApp team is out of ideas, maybe they should just rest for a while.

Why is Status now the first thing on the bottom nav on WhatsApp?

Isn’t Chat the whole point?

Most of us open the app to reply messages, not to scroll updates. Moving Status first just feels like engagement > utility.

And I’m honestly tired of the constant updates.
First, it was mentioning groups on Status 🤧

The tag-all feature is cool, yes. But the unnecessary tagging? Not so much.

Instead of stacking features, why not:
Improve the like feature, Add more emoji reactions.
Maybe show options on long press instead of just the green love icon.

It’s starting to feel like Instagram

In a messaging app, shouldn’t messaging stay the main thing?
