@vumatel@webafrica@WebAfricaHelper@vumatel, this is ongoing, a ticket was opened 3 July which @webafrica closed even though not resolved!!! We have tested, configured and retested the line using hours of our time and a month later we still have no internet! Latest ticket number 1408595. Need a technician ON SITE!
@vumatel@webafrica@WebAfricaHelper@vumatel@webafrica pls comment on fibre line from port bent in 3 - if not the issue, still needs to be installed properly - it's a mess. Box installed day before lockdown, no new fibre line and has NEVER worked. Restarted/router settings etc. on support call twice, no success
@webafrica@WebAfricaHelper@vumatel support call was logged 20 July ISP-188642. Restarted several times as instructed. Line is bent in 3 places - never installed correctly. Need technician at the unit to fix it. It's been almost a month of complaints by phone, email, support @webafrica twitter. Not solved!

@webafrica I’m still waiting for a technician to contact me. I can’t rent out my flat until the internet works, I’m going to invoice you for loss of income if this is not fixed tomorrow. Please credit my account for all the months it has NEVER worked but you happily billed me for.
@webafrica Restarted all hardware. Internet light remains red, broadband and service light not on at the box. Fibre line was never installed properly, bent in 3 places at box on wall. We've gone round and round with your service centre for 3 weeks now. I want a technician at the unit TODAY.
@webafrica I called the support line again this morning and was taken through all the tests until eventually the support team realised that yes indeed, there was an issue. A technician has since been requested. Please escalate this accordingly.
@Webafrica@dinofernandez you are the worst customer service! After following Dinos instructions we still have no internet. We asked for a technician and he says ‘please call our support department or start a WhatsApp chat with us’ wtf do you think I’ve been doing for 2 weeks
