June 11 Incident - Charges Dropped

Today, I received some great news. Both Pretrial Services and my court-appointed attorney contacted me to let me know that the Public Nuisance and Resisting Arrest charges stemming from my June 11 arrest have been dismissed. As a result, I no longer have a court date scheduled for tomorrow, July 2.

My first arrest is a separate matter, and I am still scheduled to appear in court on July 21.

I want to sincerely thank everyone in the true crime community for the overwhelming support, encouragement, prayers, and kind words you've shown me throughout this process. It has meant more to me than you know. What's right is right, and I never wavered in standing up for what I believe.

I am truly blessed.

Now, let's get back to what matters most: finding answers for Nancy Guthrie.

The way the Pima County Sheriff's Department has handled this case has been shameful. Nancy deserves answers, her family deserves answers, and our community deserves answers.

Let's keep fighting for Nancy, because she is counting on us.
