CA's & Tax Professionals : Portal isn't working, couldn't download AIS, multiple error while login & filling.

FM : Utilities are already released, we had already extended the date to 15.09.2025 when we couldn't release the Utility.

CA's & Tax Professionals: But the portal isn't responding how can we file ITR, we are facing issues. Lakhs of professional manhours are being wasted.

Dear @IncomeTaxIndia @FinMinIndia

Why no penalty has been recovered from @Infosys for such huge downtime in their portal. Is there any Penalty or Recovery clause in the agreement made with @Infosys. Every IT Company has its Service Level Agreement (SLA).

I further request @theicai to demand penalty & recovery from the Govt to waste huge professional Manhours from last 7 Years. The fund can be used in CABF.

Efilling/ AIS/ TIS/ टैक्स पेमेंट सब बंद करके Infosys का IT पोर्टल वाली टीम संडे को हॉलिडे enjoy कर रही है पक्का

लगता है जाते जाते ये लोग पोर्टल चलने का Main Switch भी बंद कर गए है

अब कल सुबह ही वो Switch On करेंगे, ताकि उनको हॉलिडे के दिन कोई Dusturb ना करे

Failure to extend the ITR deadline despite the portal being non-functional for 4 days (completely dead today) would be against democratic fairness & the law.

The filings haven’t even crossed last year’s figures.
