Samsung galaxy ss2 ultra seems to be having display issues worldwide and samsung is not saying anything.

My s22u developed a green bar across the camera bar this morning. It was literally on my hands and i was watching a youtube video when it just started.

People have brought this to the attention of samsung but they wont say anything and just give the corporate replies of taking it to service centres. but the service centre won't fix it because my phone is out of warranty.
This should be unacceptable from a $1000+ phone

Once i set it to the 60hz option, the problem seems to dissapear but it still shows like ghosting, kinda like a screen burn in on the camera bar. so i want to bring it to the attention of whom can help us get a reply from samsung.
