🚗 Driving through Fairplay, Colorado? Stop at Robbin’s Nest High Country Café – a true hidden gem!
We had the most delicious Salmon Benedict yesterday (seriously, one of the best we’ve ever had) and the pancakes are incredible too. The homemade green chili and corned beef hash come highly recommended by locals!
We sat at the counter and got to chat with the owner, Robin, the sweetest person ever. She’s kicking off her 4th year here and pouring so much heart into this place.
Perfect stop for breakfast or lunch – they’re open until 2:30 PM!
Highly recommend making the detour. You won’t regret it! ❤️
