Update on this - they just got back to us to confirm that they would have captions but it didn’t make me feel good that we had to go to social media to get Blizz to deliver what they promised to on their website.

Hey @Blizzard_Ent I’m with Undaunted and we’ve got a diverse group coming to Blizzard. We’re a mix of ASL signers, oral deaf (deaf people who didn’t have access to ASL & rely on captioning), and a few EU folks all have tickets but we’re being told that there’s no live captioning.
