@grandecom “Supervisor” I just spoke with was incredibly unhelpful and told me to wait a few months and call back to see if there are by promotions I might get (but still pay the higher invoice while waiting). If this is how you treat loyal customers, you can count on one less.
@grandecom So disappointed with your customer service. Was one of the first households in our neighborhood over 20 years ago to sign up. I’m now being charged over twice as much for the same old equipment along with other increased service charges from just the last month.
