This project is such a long time coming! Broadway deserves a lot more love than it’s gotten in the last few uses, hopefully this will help jumpstart it!
The Reckmeyer apartment complex is now underway; update below from @jcreindl. This project’s timeline directly correlates to Basco’s Corktown project at 1350 Michigan Avenue, which is slated to open by late 2027:

Jimmy John’s is coming to Michigan Ave near Trumbull in Corktown.
In “The Corner” building at the Old Tigers Stadium site. Looks to be fairly far along on the inside.
