@NickBChaser@TylerWheat7 No clue!! - so many commentators are too busy giving opinion and hyping stuff during the game, they FORGET to actually commentate the game. WASNT EVEN A “HIGH-BOUNCE” kick, it was a pop-up and had no clue of a penalty for 15 seconds!! 🤦🏻🤦🏻
@CoachDanCasey I’m pretty sure this rule has gone full circle in NFHS. Currently in NFHS the holder must lift his knee off of the ground prior to the snap in order to run with or deliver the ball. In NCAA the holds can have his knee down & still run with or deliver the ball.
@ChalkLast0712 A multi-layered answer with many variables to consider on both sides. I believe for O & D it’s an ongoing challenge weekly to have the answers you may need in place with the personnel you may need and the coach/player communication to get into those calls quickly in game.
Most football staffs don’t fail because of talent.
They fail because:
• No clear structure
• No defined roles
• No consistent communication
So I built a Coaching Staff Manual and I’m giving it to every coach 👇
If you want it:
1. Follow @GridironHQ
2. Like + Repost
3. Comment “MANUAL”
I’ll send you the copyable version.
@TDxsandos@CoachPayne__@FDPlayBook #2 but in reality in talking with players on the run, it’s usually “where is he and he’s tight inside or loose outside etc.”. For alignment clarity go by his nose and not his toes!!
