Leadership is not about having the title, it's about taking responsibility.
They are called to solve problems. That's why companies/ organisations have Project Managers, Team Leaders, Managing Directors, and other leadership roles.

Their primary responsibility is to find solutions, guide people, make difficult decisions, and stand firm when challenges arise. No true leader abandons their team the moment a problem appears. Leadership is tested in storms, not in calm waters.

If you call yourself a leader but keep jumping from one side to another whenever things get tough, then it's worth asking yourself an honest question: Are you leading, or are you simply following what feels easiest?
