I recently decided to embark on this journey of creating an app on Solana.

As you may have guessed, I really enjoy playing Chess a lot and a good friend of mine motivated me to create something on Solana.

Project is basically completed in terms of all the code I need to execute this the way I want. Its running smoothly on devnet. The only small hurdle I have at the moment is the funds to fully deploy on mainnet. I want just about every aspect of this project to be on -chain.

These are the things we are working on right now:

- Setting up new directory structure with route groups and proper organization
- Restructuring components into feature-based architecture
- Building reusable UI components library
- Developing unified data layer with proper API abstraction
- Integrating dynamic wallet provider with proper SSR handling
- Configuring proper route organization with protected routes
- Testing and verifying all functionality works with new structure
