This is a major milestone for the TON ecosystem and the future of Web3 adoption!

What makes GRAM Wallet stand out is how it combines blockchain security with the simplicity of Telegram. Users get access to on-chain transactions, seamless wallet synchronization across devices, seed phrase rotation, and TON Connect integration without the usual complexity associated with crypto wallets.

The five free daily transfers powered by Gasless and Sponsored Transactions are another important step toward making crypto more accessible to everyday users. The cloud backup system is also worth highlighting. At the same time, the ability to disable cloud backup and rotate the seed phrase while keeping the same wallet address gives users more flexibility in managing their wallets.

Another important detail is the role of on-chain governance. The wallet's smart contract upgrades require a network-wide validator vote, meaning Telegram itself does not have unilateral control over upgrades outside the blockchain's rules. This is an important distinction when discussing decentralization, user trust, and long-term security.

The integration of TON Connect across devices also improves the experience for users interacting with decentralized applications. Removing the need to reconnect on every device makes the process more convenient and creates a more consistent experience across the TON ecosystem.

BREAKING: TON Core has just shared some important technical details about GRAM Wallet, that was released a few days ago by the Telegram team.

1. Everything runs on-chain through smart contracts.

2. You can send Gram to anyone on Telegram, even if they have never opened their wallet or even updated Telegram app.

3. Cloud backup makes the same wallet available across all your devices without importing it manually on each one. The seed phrase is split into three parts, stored in the separate data centers on three continents.

4. You can disable cloud backup, rotate your seed phrase while keeping the same wallet address, and later import the wallet into another app, such as the standalone Gram Wallet app.

5. Connecting to a dapp through TON Connect makes the connection available across all your devices. There is no need to reconnect on each device.

6. Everything user gets Five free transfers per day, powered by Gasless & Sponsored Transactions. Other transaction costs will be quite low, following this year’s network fee reduction upgrade.

7. A network-wide validator vote can upgrade the Telegram wallet’s smart contract to add new functionality. The upgrade applies to all users at once, without requiring a migration. Telegram itself cannot bypass the blockchain’s rules to force wallet upgrades without an on-chain vote.

At the end of his post, Anatoly Makosov from the TON Core has also added — The UX combines existing TON capabilities with new developments. It builds on TON’s original architecture, where every account is a custom smart contract that can implement arbitrary logic, alongside the previously released Gasless Tx, Sub-Second, and Sub-Cent updates.

New components include Telegram’s own TON Connect implementation, the tg-wallet-v1 smart contract with key rotation support, a dedicated wallet proxy contract, and other technical innovations.

It is also important to note that it was built with the support & help from @mywallet_io team 💪🔥

And as the time goes by, Telegram will continue working to improve it further!

MODULE 9: RAVEN NETWORK — BNB CHAIN ECOSYSTEM MASTERCLASS

THE MORE I EXPLORE WEB3, THE MORE I REALIZE THAT EVERY BLOCKCHAIN ECOSYSTEM HAS A STORY TO TELL.

When I started my journey into Web3, I thought understanding cryptocurrency meant knowing a few tokens, following market trends, and learning how transactions worked.

But as I continued learning through the Raven Network modules, my perspective began to change.

I started looking beyond individual tokens and asking deeper questions. What makes an ecosystem valuable? What can developers build on it? How do users interact with its applications? And what problems is the technology trying to solve?

That curiosity brought me to the BNB Chain ecosystem.

DISCOVERING BNB CHAIN

I learned that BNB Chain is more than a place to transfer digital assets. It provides blockchain infrastructure for decentralized applications, decentralized finance (DeFi), gaming, NFTs, and other Web3 services.

Its ecosystem includes developers building applications, users interacting with protocols, and communities exploring new ways to use blockchain technology.

I began to understand that an ecosystem is not defined by its native token alone. Its real strength also depends on the applications people use, the developers who build, and the value the network creates.

EXPLORING THE ECOSYSTEM

As I looked deeper, I discovered several important areas:

* DeFi: Applications for activities such as trading, lending, and borrowing.

* Smart contracts: Programs that execute predefined rules on the blockchain.

* Gaming and NFTs: Blockchain-based experiences involving digital assets and ownership.

* Developer infrastructure: Tools and services that help builders create decentralized applications.

* Community participation: Users and contributors helping projects grow through adoption and development.

I also realized that lower transaction costs and fast transactions can improve accessibility, but security, decentralization, and real-world utility remain important considerations.

THE BIGGER LESSON

My biggest takeaway is that learning Web3 requires more than memorizing blockchain names or token symbols.

It requires understanding how networks operate, why developers choose particular ecosystems, what users gain from their applications, and what risks participants should consider.

As I continue my Raven Network journey, each module gives me another perspective on the infrastructure shaping the decentralized economy.

I'm not just learning about blockchains. I'm learning to understand the ecosystems, opportunities, and challenges behind them.

Module 9 is another step forward.
