'ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ನೌಕರಿ' ಎನ್ನುವ ಚಕ್ರವ್ಯೂಹಕ್ಕೆ
ಸಿಲುಕುವ ಭಾರತದ ಬ��ುಪಾಲು ಯುವಕರು ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿಭಾವಂತರಾಗಿದ್ದವರೇ.

ಬಡತನ ಮತ್ತು ಮಧ್ಯಮವರ್ಗದ ಹಣಕಾಸಿನ ಕೊರತೆಗಳು, ಅವರಿಗೆ ತೋರುವ ಏಕೈಕ ರಾಜಮಾರ್ಗವೆಂದರೆ,
'ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ನೌಕರಿ'.

ಆದರೆ, ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಪಾಸಾಗುವೆ, ಎನ್ನುವ ಛಲದಿಂದ ಆರಂಭವಾಗುವ ಅವರ ದಂಡಯಾತ್ರೆ, ಬಹಳ ಬಾರಿ ಅರ್ಧ ದಾರಿಯಲ್ಲೇ ಹಳ್ಳಹಿಡಿಯುತ್ತದೆ.

ಅನಾರೋಗ್ಯವೋ,
ಪ್ರೀತಿ-ಪ್ರೇಮಗಳ ವ್ಯವಸಾಯವೋ,
ಯೌವ್ವನದ ಚಿಗಿತವೋ,
ಕೆಟ್ಟವ್ಯಸನಗಳ ಜಿಗಿತವೋ,
ಅಥವಾ,
ಕುಟುಂಬದಲ್ಲಿ ಘಟಿಸುವ ಅನಾಹುತಗಳೋ,

ಆಕಾಂಕ್ಷಿಯನ್ನ ನಾಲ್ಕುಗೋಡೆಗಳ ಬಂಧಿಯನ್ನಾಗಿಸಿಬಿಡುತ್ತವೆ.

ಇಲ್ಲಿ 4-5 ವರ್ಷ ಕೊಳೆತ ನಂತರ ಫಸಲೆಲ್ಲಿಯದು ಹೇಳಿ?

ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಟಾಪರ್ ಆಗಿದ್ದವರು, ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಪರ್ ಆಗೋದೇಕೆ?

ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಂಗಳಿಗೊ, ಅರ್ಧವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೊ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳಿದ್ದವು.
ದಿನಂಪ್ರತಿ Homework ಕೊಡಲಾಗುತ್ತ��ತ್ತು.

ತಪ್ಪಿದರೆ, ಛಡಿಏಟು,
ಅಥವಾ,
Fail ಆಗುವ ಶಿಕ್ಷೆ ಇರುತ್ತಿತ್ತು.

ಆದರೆ,

ಈ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಾತ್ಮಕ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯ ಜಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ,

ಯಾವುದೂ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಲ್ಲ,

It Depends on you,

Short notes ಮಾಡುವುದು,
PYQ ವಿಶ್ಲೇಷಣೆ ಮಾಡೋದು,
Weekly Test ಬರೆಯೋದು,

ಇದೆಲ್ಲವೂ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಆಯ್ಕೆ.

ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ನಿಮಗೆ ಒತ್ತಾಯ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಲ್ಲ,

ಬೈಯಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ವಯಸ್ಸೂ ನಿಮ್ಮದಲ್ಲ.

ಇನ್ನು ಹೊಡೆಯೋದಂತೂ,
ದೂರದ ಮಾತು.

ಇಂದಿನ ಯುವಕರಿಗೆ ಬೈದು ಬುದ್ಧಿಹೇಳುವವರಿಗಿಂತ, ನಗಿಸಿ, Temporary Dopamine Hit ಮಾಡಿಸುವವರೇ ಬಹುಪಾಲು ಇಷ್ಟವಾಗೋದು.

ಹಾಗಾಗಿ,

Accountability ಯ ಕೊರತೆ...

ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ದಿನದಿಂದ ದಿನಕ್ಕೆ,

ಆಲಸಿ ಮತ್ತು ಹೊಣೆಗೇಡಿಯನ್ನಾಗಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.

ಹಲವು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ನಂತರ ತಿರುಗಿ ನೋಡಿದಾಗ,

ಜೇಬೂ ಖಾಲಿ,

ಆಕಡೆ,

Plan B ಕೂಡ ಇರಲ್ಲ,

ಈ ಕಡೆ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯ���್ಲಿಯೂ Fail.

ನೀವು, ಪ್ರೀತಿಸಿದ ಹುಡುಗಿಯನ್ನ ಇನ್ಯಾರೋ ಮದುವೆಯಾಗುವ ದೃಶ್ಯ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕರುಳು ಹಿಂಡುತ್ತದೆ.

ನಿಮ್ಮ ಇಷ್ಟದ ಹುಡುಗನ ಮದುವೆಯಾಗಲು, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಅಪ್ಪ ನಿರಾಕರಿಸೋದು, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಹೃದಯವನ್ನ ಒಡೆದುಬಿಡುತ್ತದೆ.

ಜ್ಞಾನೋದಯ ಆಗುವ ವೇಳೆಗೆ 27-28ರ ಗಂಟೆ ಜೋರಾಗಿ ಬಡಿಯುತ್ತಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

ಇದು ನನ್ನ ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಆದದ್ದೇ.

But, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಇದಾಗಬಾರದು,
ಎನ್ನೋದೆ ನನ್ನ ಉದ್ದೇಶ.

ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಏನು?

ಸಿಂಪಲ್,
2 ವರ್ಷ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಓದೋದು.

ನಂತರ,

ನಿಮ್ಮಿಷ್ಟದ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ,

ಅದೆಷ್ಟೇ ಸಣ್ಣ ಕೆಲಸವಾದರೂ ಸರಿ,

Part time ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಲು ಹೊರಡೋದು.

ಬೇಕಾದರೆ, ಮುಂದೆ ನೀವು ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿ ಓದಿ ಪರವಾಗಿಲ್ಲ,
ಆದರೆ, ತಪ್ಪದೇ, 2 ವರ್ಷ ಓದಿದ ನಂತರ,
ಒಂದಲ್ಲ ಒಂದು ಕಡೆ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ 6 ತಿಂಗಳು ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿ.

ಯಾಕೆಂದರೆ,
ಈ ಜಗತ್ತಿನ ಕ್ರೂರತನ,
ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಾಜದ ಮುಖವಾಡ ನಿಮಗೆ,
ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಥವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

ತದ ನಂತರ, Job ಬಿ���್ಟು ಬಂದರೂ,
ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಓದುತ್ತೀರಿ.

ಆ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಅಹಂಕಾರವನ್ನ ಮೆಟ್ಟಿ ಪುಡಿಮಾಡಿರುತ್ತದೆ, ನಿಮ್ಮ Attitude ಅನ್ನ ನಿರ್ನಾಮ ಮಾಡಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

Life Will Make you humble.

ಪ್ರೀತಿ ಪ್ರೇಮ ಮತ್ತು ಕೆಟ್ಟ ಹವ್ಯಾಸಗಳಿಂದ ಹೊರಬರಲು ಇರುವ Best ಉಪಾಯ,
ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಮಾಡೋದು.

ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ,

ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೂ ಕೆಲಸವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಕೂರಬೇಡಿ.

ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ್ ಕಲಿಯಿರಿ,
Spoken English ಕಲಿಯಿರಿ,
ಮನೆ ಬಿಟ್ಟು ನಗರಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ Interview ಕೊಟ್ಟು ನೋಡಿ...

ಅಥವಾ,
ಸ್ವಂತದ್ದಾಗಿ ಏನಾದರೂ ಮಾಡಿ,

But,

ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೂ,

ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ, ಉದ್ಯೋಗದ ನೆಪ ಹೇಳುತ್ತ,
Idle ಆಗಿ ಕುಳಿತು, ಕಳೆಯಾಗಬೇಡಿ.

ಕಳೆದ 2.5 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಬೋಧನೆಯ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ನೋಡಿದ ಆಕಾಂಕ್ಷಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚು Serous ಆಗಿ ಇದ್ದವರು, ಇರುವವರು,

1. Job ಮಾಡುತ್ತ ಓದುವವರು,
2. Housewife ಗಳು,
3. ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಮಾಡಿ, ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಬಂದು ಓದುತ್ತಿರುವವರು.

ಕಾಲೇಜು ಮುಗಿಸಿ ಓದಲು ಬಂದ Maximum ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು,

Chill ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.

I have seen it.

But,

My dear juniors,

Life is Very Very Brutal.

ಜಾಗೃತರಾಗಿ.

ಕಲಿಯದೇ,
ದುಡಿಯದೇ,
ಬೆಳೆಯದೇ

ಹೋದಿರೆಂದರೆ,

ಬಡತನವೆಂಬ ಹೊದಿಕೆ
ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನ ಮುಸುಕು ಹಾಕಿ ಮಲಗಿಸಿಬಿಡುತ್ತದೆ.

ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ನಿಮ್ಮ Personality ಗೆ Seriousness ತಂದರೆ,
ಹಣ ನಿಮಗೆ Freedom ಕೊಡುತ್ತದೆ.

ಇಷ್ಟೆಲ್ಲ ಉಪದೇಶ ಮಾಡಲುಕಾರಣ,
ನನ್ನ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ.

ಒಬ್ಬ ಆಕಾಂಕ್ಷಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾಗ,
ರಾತ್ರಿ 10 ಕ್ಕೆ ಮಲಗಿ, ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 8 ಕ್ಕೆ ಏಳುತ್ತ...
ಮತ್ತೆ ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನ 1-2 ಗಂಟೆ ನಿದ್ದೆ ಹೊಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ನಾನು....

ಈಗ ರಾತ್ರಿ 12 ಕ್ಕೆ ಮಲಗಿದರೂ,
ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 7 ಕ್ಕೆಂದರೆ, ಎದ್ದುಬಿಡುತ್ತೇನೆ.

ಏಳಲೇ ಬೇಕು, ಎನ್ನುವ ಕೆಲಸದ ಒತ್ತಡ ನನ್ನ Subconscious mind ಗಿದೆ.

ಇನ್ನು, Bank ಕೆಲಸ,
GST ಕೆಲಸ,
ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ Message ಗಳಿಗೆ Reply,
ಅದು ಇದು ಎನ್ನುತ್ತ ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನ ಮಲಗೋದೆ ಅಪರೂಪ,

ಮಲಗಿದರೂ 20 ನಿಮಿಷಕ್ಕೆ ಅಕ್ಷಿಗಳು,
ವಿಶಾಲವಾಗಿಬಿಡುತ್ತವೆ.

So,

Come on...

ಏಳಿ, ಎದ್ದೇಳಿ,

2 ವರ್ಷ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಓದಿ,
