Through visionary leadership spanning more than three and a half decades, he transformed the Uralungal Labour Contract Co-operative Society into the largest cooperative labour society in Asia and elevated it to international recognition. A leader of quiet resolve, foresight, and remarkable administrative excellence, he leaves behind a lasting legacy. My heartfelt condolences to his family, friends, and colleagues.
