Penalties r so huge they are more than capital fund of Company/ LLP. Due to lesser jobs, youth has tried hard to do small business/startups. Dont disappoint them.

MCA Portal wasn't supportive as usual. CAs were already facing deadline, Majority of CS work is connected with CAs. Form MGT7 version got changed around 9.30 pm of the last day.
