the shipment had supposedly already failed the quality check? This makes no sense. If the product failed QC, it should never have been dispatched or shown as out for delivery @AJIOLife@delhivery and the delivery person is not receiving the call

@BaluMurari@Swiggy The order was delivered and confirmed. I reported the issue after finding chicken pieces in a veg aloo biryani. Swiggy has now emailed saying no refund will be processed, which is why I escalated it here.

@Swiggy Order #229693188970382: Ordered aloo biryani, received food with chicken pieces in it. This is a major lapse in food handling and a serious concern. Expecting immediate resolution and refund.
@dominos_india I ordered a pizza and your delivery boy refused to deliver, then cut the call when I asked him to come to the correct location. It got marked as “the delivery partner arrived” even though NO ONE came. Delivery was late and hasn't arrived. Totally unacceptable!
