Wow, I've been gone for like a week. In that time, I've knitted two scarves. I've also started a shawl. I've been surviving on marshmallows and pumpkin seeds. I've also ordered more yarn, despite having dozens of skeins already. What a week.

It was mania, lol

[Devastatingxo ♡ @Devastatingxo]

I'm honestly not sure if I'm coming out of depression or going into mania. I'm in a weird spot right now.

[Devastatingxo ♡ @Devastatingxo]

I walked about 4.5 miles in heeled boots today and my dawgs are howling! I just soaked in a salt bath for over an hour and I feel better. I had a turkey sandwich before my bath

[Devastatingxo ♡ @Devastatingxo]

I finally stepped on the scale after what feels like months, but has actually maybe been a few weeks. I maintained and honestly, I'm just happy I didn't gain. I really thought I was going to have gained like 20 lbs

[Devastatingxo ♡ @Devastatingxo]

Today was actually hell, but I only ate a sandwich and cupcake. I also had one coffee. I definitely burned the cals off, no doubt. Those bi+ches wore me tf out.

I hope today goes by fast and I don't binge

@lizluvlexapro @kazcutscals I'm 5"4 and 180 lbs and I wear a 38 b. I usually wear a 34/36 when I'm at your cw. Have you tried on a bit smaller band? Unless you're comfy in the 38

[Devastatingxo ♡ @Devastatingxo]

I've had some green tea, water, and a spoon of peanut butter so far today. I'll probably finish the rice from last night, then clean a little.
