I don't get the AI being SaaS killer narrative. I feel it's like the other way around. AI will make more SaaS, friction to entry has never been smaller, and just saying well you don't need to have 5 SaaS if you can have 1 AI agent is also not how I believe it will play out, because it's not about the software product, it's about marketing and business, if you have one agent that does things for 5 apps, how the hell will you market it and build a customer base.
Good feedback, will add a section that explains all that on website.
Each clawdbot is deployed to its own virtual machine. If you want tools installed, we help you setup that up initially. The server deployed is 4gb RAM and 2Ghz CPU, but we do throttle and scale if needed.
Credits are used up like they would be for normal API usage for AI. You have your own API key for AI and once its used up you have to top it up. We do however include 10$ per month in price.
100% this. The simplest approach if you want it fully managed - CloudClaw handles the whole setup (AI models, dependencies, updates) and spins up your OpenClaw server in seconds. No Docker, no DevOps knowledge needed. Great for people who just want to run a bot without the infrastructure hassle 🚀
Interesting approach! Definitely creative using old hardware. Though if you want that 24/7 reliability without worrying about battery drain or keeping a phone powered constantly, CloudClaw spins up an OpenClaw server in seconds - fully managed, no hardware needed. Worth checking out if you want that always-on peace of mind ☁️
@akshay_pachaar Awesome tutorial. If you don't feel like setting it up yourself you can also use my new service https://t.co/oh8DDPQBxL that deploys it for you in the cloud
