We scored our own site.
18 out of 100.
"Largely invisible to AI."
That was our homepage, run through our own tool, against the questions our buyers actually type.
We could have buried the number. Every agency does.
We made the tool free instead.
Here's what the score really measures:
1. Whether AI names you when someone asks for a firm like yours.
2. Whether it cites your pages or a third-party site talking about you.
3. How much of the answer your competitors own instead.
We build AI visibility for a living and we were still an 18. That's the honest state of most B2B sites right now.
SEO got you ranked. It didn't get you into the answer.
Those are two different games now, and most teams are only playing the old one.
Comment "score" below and I'll share the free AI Visibility Score tool.
Do yourself a favour next week:
> Open Google Search Console
> Filter for the last 28 days
> Find keywords ranking in positions 4–20
> Identify pages with high impressions but low CTR
> Prioritise keywords with real business value
> Check what the top-ranking pages cover
> Study the AI Overviews for those queries
> Find content gaps in your existing pages
> Rewrite headings to match search intent
> Add missing sections, examples, and relevant proof
> Improve internal links to those pages
> Update the content and request indexing
Then track the results over the following weeks.
You’ll often find faster SEO wins by improving pages that already have visibility than by starting from scratch on new topics.
Your next ranking opportunity might already be sitting in Search Console.

Where your site might struggle to rank first page due to low site metrics, these large established sites above dont have that problem, especially for longtail keyword phrases

Across every account we audited this month, the biggest lever wasn’t generating more leads.
It was responding faster.
Cut average first response time in half.
Same leads.
Same pipeline.
Different math.
Before adding more demand, check how fast you’re acting on the demand you already have.
The week in one sentence:
The GTM stack became agent-native this week - buyer intent, budget decisions, meeting routing, and lead matching all became MCP-accessible and agent-executable within 5 days.
