OK. I am pleased with this and proud of it. Arrived today.
Chapter 48 is mine (and, let me say, there is so much brilliant thinking in this book):
An Exploration of the Aesthetic Moment in the Clinical Encounter Using #FreeMusicalImprovisation as a Model.
#Writing#Aesthetics
We train as though all aspects of practice are pre-determined, but each person - each predicament - is unique.
What are the core skills of improvisation? How might we learn and train responsible exercise of this aspect of our practice?

You have been consistently right about the abomination, the GENOCIDE in Gaza
Starmer & his Cabinet have changed their own rhetoric far far too late. Now we need immediate & decisive actions. Can they be trusted?

Feel v hopeless today. For the past 4 years, we have funded our crucial campaigning work by wonderful nhs supporters on Twitter making thousands of tiny donations. Right now things feel broken. Being heavily trolled and it’s not working.
If you can see this, please donate £1…

Having women in the room is more than just a nice-to-have. Hospital operating teams where more than 35% of surgeons were female improved outcomes for patients, according to a study released this month. They were 3% less likely to see serious complications within three months of an operation.
The study's authors analysed over 700,000 operations in Canada. They wrote that having women in the operating room "is not a question of representation or social justice, but an important part of optimising performance."
Vallor has an erroneous premise, namely that' “superhuman” means “human, but more so'.
I suggest that "superhuman" is, by definition, not human.
Humans are the most human thing there will ever be.
The problem remains, is the #AI project an Icharus one? What are the dangers?
The Danger Of Superhuman AI Is Not What You Think: The rhetoric over “superhuman” AI implicitly erases what’s most important about being human https://t.co/GKqGJzeWIU via @ShannonVallor et al
