Why are schools interviewing PARENTS like it’s a corporate round for a 7-figure tech job?!
Aajkal toddler ke admission ke liye jao, toh bache ka assessment baad mein, parents ki interrogation pehle hoti hain.
🔹Where do you live?
🔹 What’s your package?
🔹 If both parents work, bache ko kaun dekhta hain?
Par real problem tab shuru hoti hai jab aap unse basic counter-questions puchte ho:
1️⃣ Civic Sense & Moral Values: When asked how they teach toddlers basic ethics, answer: "Ye toh parents hi acche se sikha sakte hain." (Toh fir hum yahan kya kar rahe hain?)
2️⃣ Emergency SOP & Medical Safety: Is there a doctor/pediatrician on campus for 3-year-olds? "Nahi, hum bache ko ghar bhej dete hain ya hospital le jaate hain."
3️⃣ Unjustified Fee Hikes: Monthly fee jumped from ₹15,000 to ₹22,000! When asked what value addition is provided for that extra ₹7,000 absolute silence!
And to top it off? ₹1,500 per session charged as "Parent Onboarding Fee"!
Honestly, seeing this business model in the name of education makes homeschooling look like a legit option.
> A man was driving his sports car
> He revved the engine
> A nearby woman got angry and started shouting at him
> He gave her an apt reply and said - You're poor, that's why you're jealous.
Why did she shout at him unprovoked?
He's Tukaram Mundhe, a 2005-batch IAS from Maharashtra.
Over the last few weeks, you might have heard his name. That is because he was recently appointed Commissioner of State’s Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Since taking charge, the FDA has been on an absolute warpath, raiding illegal, fake, synthetic, and adulterated products. From synthetic milk networks and adulterated paneer to illegal gutkha and unhygienic eateries, nothing has escaped his radar.
Mundhe has made it clear that even the most famous names will not get a free pass. His department shocked Mumbai by suspending the food licenses of iconic establishments, such as the 73-year-old Marine Drive ice cream parlor K. Rustom & Co., alongside famous eateries like Shalimar Hospitality, Noor Mohammadi Hotel, and Rahmaniya Restaurant, after surprise inspections uncovered severe hygiene violations, including live pests and expired ingredients.
Such is the fear of his crackdowns that, just two days ago, dairy farmers were caught on video spilling hundreds of liters of synthetic milk after rumors of an impending FDA raid spread.
This is his 25th transfer in a 21-year career, a testament to his refusal to bend to political pressure. It makes you wonder: if just one IAS officer can bring about so much change, where would our country be if every bureaucrat were as uncompromising and proactive as him?
Accidentally met Rana Ayyub.
Me: Hello ma’am, I often see your tweets on Twitter.
Rana: Thank you.
Me: Egypt’s loss was really upsetting.
Rana: Yes! It’s my favourite team.
Me: Who’s your favourite Egyptian player?
Rana: I have to go. I’m getting late.
Me: Arre ma’am, just say “Mohammad.” There has to be at least one player with that name.

If you're handsome but poor, she'll cheat on you with a rich guy.
If you're rich but have average looks, she'll cheat on you with a handsome guy.
If you're rich and handsome, she'll cheat on you with a poor, ugly guy.
It's never enough for girls these days.
Been talking to several young, energetic guys who are super thirsty to jump into manufacturing.
One thing I see across the board: they’re completely obsessed with the company name, the brand, the pitch deck, and making everything look pretty.
Product? Not decided.
Marketing plan? Zero.
Price points? No clue.
But the logo and name? They’ve spent weeks on it.
Guys, don’t get hung up on that early.
If you have the right product, one that actually solves a real pain, at the right price, with solid service, you can literally brand it “Ghatiya”, “Bakwaas” “Ghadha” and it will still sell like hotcakes.
I’m not judging, I’ve been there. Used to stress over colours, taglines, and perfect names… only to realise way too late that it’s the product that matters.
Focus on solving problems first. The brand builds itself later.
People don’t buy the name.
They buy what you deliver.
