Is it wrong to eat a Blueberry Muffin that looks just like your dog?!

[Adam @DeveloperOTRun]

[Adam @DeveloperOTRun]

@MilkE73 @UKRunChat any particular stretches?

[Adam @DeveloperOTRun]

@LCArunner just checked it out, thanks. how long did it take you to recover? Did you still run on it?

[Adam @DeveloperOTRun]

I've developed some pain on the outside of my hip from my run on Sunday. Any advice for how to go about fixing it? @UKRunChat #ukrunchat

[Adam @DeveloperOTRun]

@the_real_apollo @GoJonnyGo12 don't mock! You'll love it 💪👊

[Adam @DeveloperOTRun]

@the_real_apollo @GoJonnyGo12 all about pigeon pose I found this useful http://t.co/WddIkbqyRz

[Adam @DeveloperOTRun]

@the_real_apollo @GoJonnyGo12 I use quite a few yoga stretches in my warm up/cool down. Flatback works a treat for groin/hips 👌

[Adam @DeveloperOTRun]

@the_real_apollo @GoJonnyGo12 try "peddling" (you'll understand when you're there) when doing the downward dog. It's much more effective!

[Adam @DeveloperOTRun]

@nikki2777 @myelling, @forbesl81 is also a jelly baby fan #teamJellyBaby

[Adam @DeveloperOTRun]

@GoJonnyGo12 I always find dropping my heels off a step just before & after a run to really help. One footed is really deep

[Adam @DeveloperOTRun]

@karenadams76 @shona_darley possible chance of rainbows though?

[Adam @DeveloperOTRun]

@shona_darley @UKRunChat #summerHibernation ;)

[Adam @DeveloperOTRun]

@r_griffiths9 went for my first hot run earlier, made me realise how much I needed a cap!

[Adam @DeveloperOTRun]
