🧵 1/ I’ve been diving into the Backrooms and noticed something: there's been speculation about $MANA being the first coin mentioned. So I decided to investigate further. Here's what I found 👇

2/ I turned to @andyayrey's profile and used the page linked there to dig deeper. My goal? To find the earliest coin reference.

3/ I searched for the terms "token" and "coin" in the Backrooms, and as expected, I found tons of conversations. But the real task was to identify the first ever mention of a coin or token in the Backrooms. After some searching, I found something interesting: the "emptiness coin."

4/ After looking at the conversation timestamps, I found that the "$emptiness" coin conversation (ID #1713232205) occurred before the "$mana" conversation (ID #1714479738).

5/ If we assume the conversation numbers are sorted chronologically, #1713232205 (emptiness coin) came before #1714479738 (mana).
