Team Do OD are very sad to hear that the brilliant Mee Yan Cheung Judge has passed away. Mee Yan has been a bright guiding star for Do OD and our NHS OD community and a fantastic supporter of OD in the NHS. Her legacy will live on.

The most valuable thing a leader can do is create safety. Safety to feel vulnerable. Safety to seek help. Without it, our most precious asset, our colleagues, can be failed. As a leader how do you a create safe space & support your teams to reach out? #CanIBorrowSomeSalt
When we seek help, it sends a message to those around us that it's OK to not to be OK. When u make it safe to be vulnerable, u may helping someone else reach out & finally ask for help too. So can I borrow some salt? #Wellbeing#Compassion#TeamULHT π
