Then one person finally got ready to talk.After that he kept saying he doesn't know how to find my luggage.Btw,luggage is responsibility of airlines,and person there says he doesn't know!!!Very strange.Very bad service🤮

@Saudi_Airlines Respected Officer,My family travel from Mumbai to Riyadh via Jeddah on25/10/24, on SV771 and SV1036. We did not receive our checked bag upon arrival and filed a delayed baggage claim (RUH57518).Been 4 days with no updates.We appreciate any info regarding our claim
