@XboxSupport I might have named it incorrectly. Its the disc that is scratched... Its not the "red circle of death"

@XboxSupport3 thank you. As a last ditch effort I uninstalled the game, and played it via disc. No issues thus far. Could it be the hdd ?

@XboxSupport3 thanks, But no win for me. Tried all the steps, but got to step 8: "Your console needs service". Any idea what that'll cost ?
