Dear ola,

I had purchased an ola scooty resently, and due to some issues my charger was not working. As I customer I raised this issue to your service centre. And they told me they will take care of this problem and I will get a new charge within a week.

But I requested them to provide me with a spare charger. Which they did not and I had an official complaint raised about it. But there was nothing done. And now they are not providing me with a new charger also. When I asked them about this. @OlaEV_Support

@OlaEV_Support They simply said we cannot do anything about this. Do whatever you want to do, let your scooty get damaged.This was exact words of him.
