@steelworkers It's not just a tax on people its a tax on companies. Its an employer match PR tax. The richest dont get salaries, they get rents, capital gains etc, not subject to PR taxes. A better solution would be to root out waste fraud and abuse 1st, THEN see what the shortfall is after..
