I'm not convinced that Grits is a top line player - yet. For me, it's:

Bratt-Hischier-Meier
Brown-Hughes-Mantha
Gritsyuk-Glass-Rodrigues
Mercer-Jugs/Boqvist-Noesen

I love Mercer's game and hate having him outside of top 9, but it's hard to put him there over other options.

meier plays RW, not left. we are no longer in the lindy ruff era. don’t piss me off

glass is a 3c, not a winger, & rodrigues has been at wing for the panthers for years. the swapping of their positions for literally no reason is fucking absurd that pissed me off

hischier has been our 1c every single year, not sure why people insist otherwise. if ANYTHING one could argue the top 2 lines are interchangeable i GUESS

NHL averages for goalies in 25-26 are 2.88 GAA and .896 SV%. Jake Allen was 2.74 and .904. Saying that he was bad this season is an awful take. Markstrom was ass, but not Jake. Get it together @njdotcom.

And if you're so concerned with teams playing for ties, then award a bonus point for regulation wins.

@tompharmguy @TheBrattPack63 @lucaslongo97 The Devils' drafting over the last 10 years has actually been decent. Three years ago we had a top 5 prospect pool. The problem is that Fitz traded away all of our top prospects for a bunch of underwhelming players.
