The boomers that spent the 80s drunk driving to $5 steak dinners, buying houses on factory salaries, and retiring at 60 with a pension wants to explain to me why Iโm bad with money.
They lived like rockstars on a forklift salary and called it discipline.
I live like a monk on a corporate salary and still canโt afford what they had at 28.
The advice didnโt age well.
Neither did the economy it was built on.
A month till football starts and I already have 170 best ball teams and $534 gambled for the season ๐คฃ๐คฃ I need to chill on the best ball for a bit lmao
I've been on carnivore for 10 months and felt I'd hit a plateau a bit, cutting down on weight. I work out 6-7 times a week with 2 hours lifting or 2 hours cardio. Sometimes hour cardio after lifting so 3 hours somedays. The plateau was definitely not due to lack of exercise. I'd say about 90-95% of my meals have been beef. For the last 3 days, I switched to only chicken, and my stomach has literally disappeared lol. Idk if it was too much fat or what but if you're in a similar situation, maybe try a few days of chicken ๐คทโโ๏ธ
If you're a small streamer and you run pre-roll ads, I'm immediately closing the stream ๐คฃ Trust me that 20 cents you're making off ads is not worth it
I've been Carnivore 10 months and I still struggle with knowing how much fat to eat. Most of my meals are 80/20 ground beef or Chuck roast cooked in butter and sour cream added after. Should this be enough or add more. Also is it better to err on the side of too much fat if unsure? ๐ค
