@British_Airways Sent last night. Still waiting. No sign of my bag.

[Devina @Deviprincess]

@British_Airways My bag has been missing for 24+ hours (ref AMSBA88399). Your tracker says “located” but Schiphol have no record of it. I’ve been told I’m “panicking” by your Silver line, had a promised callback that never came, and been hung up on. Disgusting #britishairways

@EtihadHelp I have replied

[Devina @Deviprincess]

Stranded. Ignored. Gaslit.

I’m a business class passenger on @etihad Flight EY042, left abandoned at Schiphol Airport after Etihad closed check-in early — without informing passengers.

No support. No rebooking. No answers. Just silence.

[Devina @Deviprincess]

@etihad @EtihadHelp Etihad airways incompetence and lack of regard for customers has left me stranded at the airport 13 hours after my flight was supposed to depart. #EtihadAirways #etihad #schipholairport

My Christmas plans now consist of desperately avoiding Covid until I fly home to Ireland where I can desperately avoid Covid until I fly back to England.

[Devina @Deviprincess]

@jamieeast If this happens I’m glad I’ve already left the UK😩

Here’s a sliding doors thing. If Big Sam hadn’t succumbed to that ‘sting’ he’d have been England manager until the World Cup. Who knows where Gareth would’ve been by then. ‘What’s for you won’t go by you’ as @KennyLogan always tells me, ‘but sometimes you have to trip it up’.
