@ATTHelp @ATT Your tech tried to install fiber over 2 weeks ago and gave up after 10 minutes of fishing the fiber. Buried wire dept said they would clear the issue by 8/26 and they are a no show! It has been escalated 3 times w/o anything from them! When will this be done?

@Avis I just got charged for a rental in Tel Aviv with purchase date of 4/22/2020. I haven't been to Israel since 2/24/2020. What is going on with this sudden charge and no receipt for it? I also noticed that I was double charged for that rental! Who do I contact for refund?

@HelloFresh Our package still says pre-transit (Wednesday is our normal day). We got a package, but it only contained 2 of the 3 meals and missing the salad.

@AskCapitalOne Is there a way to edit a scheduled transfer on a CapitalOne 360 Savings account? Or do I need to cancel and create a new one? I am looking at moving a transfer into the account from next Monday to Today.

@Grubhub_Care I tried to use the "Contact Us" to report an issue with an order, but it just sits there and never connects. My recent order was missing an item and the other item had plastic packaging in it (looked like the top of a bag that was torn open and fell in the food).

@VuduSupport This is getting ridiculous. I have been without access to my account for 2 weeks now and Tier 3 support is not responding at all. When can I get access to all the movies and TV shows I have paid for???

@VuduSupport Support got back to me via e-mail, but only to say it was for "suspicious behavior" of using the service from "multiple VPN". I told them it is likely when I travel (nearly every week) with my Roku Stick and have not heard back in over 2 days! What is the hold up?

@USPISpressroom @USPSHelp The online form I filled out was for reporting mail theft on the USPS website. I got the automated reply with a Case ID. Do I need to file a police report too? Since the crime seems to have happened in Atlanta, would I file with Georgia, Texas, or Virginia?

@USPISpressroom I opened a case back in February and have not heard back on it. A card I mailed to the DC area went missing with a Costco Cash Card inside. I checked with Costco and it was used in Atlanta, 2 days after entering the mail system in Texas. When can I get an update?

@VuduSupport I called the number and they said they don't have access to why my account was suspended or to remove the suspension on it. I was also told it was being escalated to a higher tier, but couldn't tell me when I can expect the issue to be resolved.

@VuduSupport My Roku was having loading issues last week and my account got suspended a couple days ago without any notification or reason. I put in a support ticket 2 days ago and have not heard back. What is going on?

@AmericanAir I have tried to book a flight on your site and it keeps sending me round in circles about the flight I selected not being available regardless of which one I select. Your phone reservation system is also just hanging up on me.

@TMobileHelp Samsung S9+, post Android Pie Update, is unable to do hands free calls with my Honda Accord and the speaker phone is useless (garbled). Before the update, I just had to deal with occasional bluetooth crash (which still happens after the update). What is going on?
