Guys tell me one thing how would you make the most out of living in Bengaluru as a techie?
I want to connect with startup people, builders and genuinely innovative folks offline.
What are some good places, communities or events happening in Bengaluru for this?
Would love to know.
@dark_coderz@Divyansh91565@Slay_Cper69 Great plan the only thing I would suggest is don't judge a problem by its rating or particular topic just approach every question very naturally, like a new puzzle. This mindset will really help you.
One thing I’ve noticed over time is that the people around you matter a lot. I have many acquaintances, but the friends I talk to regularly are all doing really cool things. Some cracked Cisco, JPMC, Tower Research, Alphagrep, and one got a top-100 GATE rank in 3rd year itself.
What I appreciate more is that they’re all very supportive and always willing to help. Being around people like that naturally pushes you to think bigger and work better.
I also want to understand the Indian startup ecosystem better now. Since I’m in Bangalore for some time, I’ll probably try meeting more founders and builders and learn from people working on interesting problems.
Believe me, if you want to start your career in tech, try getting into orgs like Visa. 2 days in and I can already feel the environment. They’ve maxxed out everything. The Mac I received is insane, the people around me are ridiculously smart and experienced, and the level of AI adoption here is crazy.
They invest heavily in interns and honestly it shows. And trust me, these opportunities aren’t unreachable. Saying this as someone who cracked Visa off campus. Just obsess over getting better every single day and eventually things bend your way.
Grind hard folks!!
