@British_Airways my British airways account was hacked almost 5 months ago after which BA locked my account and now no one in my family can use our account. They told me it would maximum take 90 days to get this sorted.

@British_Airways hackers are trolling your feed to take advantage of customers who you’ve let down. They have managed to use my BA account to scam me… your security is appalling!
@British_Airways I suppose I should forget about ever using my BA account again. My account was hacked in April. BA locked it. I can’t change a password on a locked account. I know there’s worse things in life. But please 🙏🏻 help me!
@British_Airways & @ClientResp101 not sure who’s worse.. the agent called me while eating … and hung up mid sentence. Still not an inch further… customer support…. ? Not sure about that.
@British_Airways no support, no help, just incompetence to sort out an account locked by you due to a security risk in your platform my account was hacked… months and no action.

@British_Airways So @British_Airways you have not helped me at all!!! I sent a dm and Cory did not help one bit. Instead I get a survey to tell them how bad the service is, oh and a link to reset a password to a locked account does not work!
