According to the Tallahassee Florida Police Department a 41-year-old Florida man dressed in a Chuck E. Cheese mascot costume was arrested during a children’s birthday party. The suspect, identified as Jermell J. Jones, was taken into custody on multiple felony charges, including credit card theft, criminal use of personal identification, and fraudulent use of a credit card more than twice within a six-month period. Chuck E. Cheese has not yet issued an official statement regarding the incident. Jones has since been released on bond.
