In no case except for the ending of a pregnancy can you be convicted of murder for simply injuring a woman. Why is that? Because it kills a person

@alan_tegel @KristanHawkins What law? Second degree murder? I'm using that to show that there is some parts of the law that acknowledge unborn children as people. If it didn't, they would have used another statute. You can murder what isn't alive. Isn't that what you said?

If you are convicted of murder for killing an unborn child clearly some parts of the law acknowledge them as people. You keep hiding behind the law because you know it's immoral. Just like slavery was always wrong even when legal.

What will happen to them if we abolish slavery? Just because you might suffer doesn't mean you get to remove others rights
