@Gmwetz Are you familiar with Jarred Younger and his work on primed microglias and neuroinflammation? I think its a big piece of the puzzle for a lot of patients.
@sunsopeningband We are having this problem with our new national guidelines for exhaustion... the norwegian government wants to mix ME/CFS and long covid together with the rest of the 'tired' patients,
'its not that different, is it?'... 😖
@manruipa Yes! Im now doing Pridgens IMC-2 (IP) protocol + LDN, and I think its starting to work on my HPA axis. My cycle is starting to normalize, my cortisol cycle is changing.
@PutrinoLab Thanks, David. I'm 9 weeks in and its working! I found my LDN starting to work approx. 4 weeks into the protocol, had been on it for a few months before starting this. I think my brain was to inflamed in the beginning to have any effect from the LDN.
@polybioRF I'm doing this protocol now outside a study, finished paxlovid 5 days ago. I think my LDN is finally starting to work! I think my brain was to inflamed. Please consider LDN and how it might add something in this mix.
@DaniBeckman 🙋♀️ It went from a stable 5 days to 2 days, 3 years since my infection. Have experienced 5/6 of the effects. Sleep cycle and heat intolerance are my main problems now.
@chydorina@DafoeWhitney Yup, just got a ton of hate from the ME society when I talked about how I was able to flip the switch and regaining my health. Apparently I wasn't really sick or I was one of the 2% lucky ones. My extreme pacing and gentle introduction of stimuli didn't count.
Just published
CBT and graded exercise therapy studies have proven that ME/CFS and long Covid are physical diseases, yet no one is aware of that

De færreste klarer å gjennomføre over tid.
