Clarion Call: Sustainable financing and revenue innovation are key to boosting counties’ Own Source Revenue (OSR).
He highlighted progress under KDSP II, including rollout of revenue mapping guidelines & forecasting tools to improve efficiency and predictability. Many counties are already recording growth in OSR, translating into better services, infrastructure and livelihoods.
The Committee noted a procedural impasse affecting integration of the CBA into the HR system, contributing to delays. The matter will be escalated to relevant senior offices for guidance. @Devolution_KE remains committed to resolving the impasse, safeguarding workers’ rights.
