@BristolAirport Disgusted with your CS. We are 2 pensioners, regular travellers & Silver Zone Customers. We always pay for Fast Track then on the last occasion we were told by airport staff "we don't do Fast Track in the afternoon" - yet you refuse to refund out money. Why?
