Today marks the end of Daylight Saving Time as we “fall back” and move our clocks back an hour.

That means one less hour of daylight in the evenings, longer nights, and a rise in Seasonal Affective Disorder.

Yesterday was one of the most special. First, being reunited with my @PennStateVBALL family as the booster club invited me to moderate a chat as we celebrated the Nittany Lion seniors. Then watching @JuniataWVB and @KionaSky win a @NCAADIII @NCAAVolleyball regional championship.
