At current prices, a single Starlink kit costs $349, which means 500 units would come to just $174,500. On the entry level plan of $55 per unit a month, the subscription for all 500 units would be $27,500 a month, or $330,000 a year.
Even on the top residential plan of $130, the bill would be $65,000 a month, or $780,000 a year. In the first year, the entire package would cost somewhere between roughly $504,500.
It is therefore ridiculous for the American Ambassador to South Africa, Leo Brent Bozell III, to suggest that a sovereign country should break its own laws in exchange for 500 Starlink units for schools, a gift worth less than half a million dollars a year at its cheapest, and less than a million dollars at its most expensive.
Surely I am sure South Africans don’t see themselves so cheap, and South Africa's laws are not for sale, and certainly not at that price.
The level of insult coming from this American ambassador and Elon Musk is staggering. It carries the old colonial tone that says: "Accept being ripped off, you are African. How dare you reject a gift from the man who regularly lies to the world that there is a genocide in your country?"
After what Starlink did in Ukraine, one does not even feel the need to debate such a paltry offer of 500 kits to the most industrialised economy on the continent.
South Africans have their grievances with their government, but I do not believe they would ever trade their dignity for Starlink. The offer itself is an insult.
SpaceX investor Ross Gerber, of Gerber Kawasaki, said that he is "disgusted…from a humanity perspective" by the restrictions placed on Starlink in Ukraine.
He also warned of the damage to the company's standing: "…they've given everybody a reason not to use Starlink, that Starlink isn't reliable for national security for anybody but Trump."
Hi Crime Watch. Post me as hidey. So I am a girl aged 29. I am dating a guy who is 36 and he is either muCID or ari kuSide rePolice, handina kunatsoona ID rake zvakanaka. So he said to me chero ukaita sei maMessage or maCalls nemaText ako I can see them even if you switch lines. As long mungori muZim I can have access to your messages and calls.
So to prove this to me he called the IT manager of a certain Network provider, I wont say the name of the network provider. While speaking on the phone with he IT Manager he said bhururu udza maiguru vako ava kuti every info yatinoda we can get. He then said can you look for what she has been doing, be it the calls or you can check her WhatsApp message even the deleted ones and maCalls tinzwee kuti how far. The IT manager sent the evidence and this was in the form of one of my deleted conversations. My question is people who work for Network providers e.g Netone and Econet, are they allowed to access our whatsapp messages or kunzwa maCalls edu for the sake of mabhururu avo because they work kuPolice.
As I am typing right now, I am afraid he might find out, not that I want to cheat but I need my freedom chete. Zvekuti now handikwanise kumunyeya or anything since they can trace everything on my phone.

Yes, it's feeding the trolls....but it's hilarious guys 😅. From I'm a 43 year old beneficiary of the former VP and never having worked a single day in my life...to being told that I no longer have the cars I'm seeing parked outside my window right now...lol...
SA has different plates for different provinces, changed mine from KZN ones to the CPT ones where I live.
Only thing rented in this pic is the life that I owe to Christ.... everything else is mine by God's grace. Happy Sunday good people 💪🙏! Have a blessed day.
