I have now genuinely lost count of how many times I have watched you line up at the microphone to announce that the president is conducting an "illegal and unconstitutional war." You have been running this exact play since February 28th, and 404 — constitutional argument not found.

Let me help you with some remedial civics. Free of charge. Consider it a public service.

Article I, Section 8 grants Congress the power to DECLARE war. The president, as Commander-in-Chief under Article II, directs military operations and responds to national security threats. These are not the same thing — and I understand that distinction might be difficult for someone running on dial-up in a fiber-optic world, but it matters enormously.

Presidents have conducted military operations without a formal congressional declaration since this republic was founded. Carter in Iran. Reagan in Grenada AND Libya. Clinton in Sudan, Kosovo, and Iraq. Obama in Libya and across Pakistan with drone operations. Not one congressional Democrat held a presser calling those "illegal." Fascinating selective memory you have there.

The War Powers Resolution — passed in 1973 — requires the president to NOTIFY Congress within 48 hours of committing forces. Not request permission. NOTIFY. Read the law you keep citing.

Now. Here is the part where I stop being polite and start being direct.

If you GENUINELY believe this operation is illegal and unconstitutional, you have the floor of the United States House of Representatives at your disposal. You have the constitutional mechanism sitting right in your own chamber. It is called ARTICLES OF IMPEACHMENT. File them. Force the vote. Make the constitutional argument on the record under oath where it actually means something.

You have not done it. Not once. Not a single one of the 44 members screaming about constitutional violations has introduced a single impeachment article.

That is not a constitutional conviction. That is a fundraising email.

Quinn's Law #23: liberals love the law unless they personally disagree with it. Quinn's Law #12: liberals do not engage in debate — they try to silence you, because if they engaged in debate, they would lose. And right now, every press conference you hold is proof of both laws operating simultaneously.

I also notice — and this is my personal favorite part — that you have an extraordinary amount of energy for a military operation targeting the IRGC, the world's leading state sponsor of terrorism, a regime that executes gay men publicly, stones women to death, and has been murdering its own people since 1979. Strange hill to plant your flag on, Congresswoman. Strange indeed.

And while you are busy performing constitutional outrage on social media, roughly 50,000 combat-wounded veterans are STILL having their earned retirement pay stolen dollar for dollar by a government offset. The Major Richard Star Act (S.Amdt.4056) would fix that for $975 million per year — less than what Biden's Autopen sent to Tehran in a single transfer. I do not see a single post about THAT from you. Not one.

I could eat a bowl of alphabet soup and produce a more coherent foreign policy position than what you just published.

What have you actually DONE for your constituents beyond complaining loudly on a platform and introducing zero legislation that matches the constitutional passion you perform so convincingly for the cameras?

But what do I know — I am only a science teacher and Army combat medic who actually read Article I AND Article II before forming an opinion, which appears to put me ahead of at least 44 members of Congress.

While the world watches the war, the Islamic Republic of Iran hanged a 19-year-old boy today.

His name is Erfan Esfandiari and he was his parents' only child.

He did not kill anyone. He did not carry a weapon. His crime, according to the Islamic Republic, was opening a door. Sheltering protesters who were running from security forces. That was enough to send him to the gallows.

Erfan was one of 12 young men in the Alikhani Square case in Isfahan, arrested during the January 2026 uprising. Yesterday, all 12 were moved to quarantine. Today, the Islamic Republic hanged him.

This is a government that is so terrified of a generation that refuses to be silent, that it executes teenagers for the act of compassion.

Say his name. Because the regime is already trying to erase him. Because his mother and father are left with nothing, not even the right to grieve loudly.

My cookie shop is OPEN

I run a cookie shop with roughly 100,000 regular customers.

Every day, those customers enter the marketplace, and I place 10 to 15 fresh trays on the counter. That creates between one million and one-and-a-half million possible moments for my regular customers to pass one of my trays.

Earlier this year, some days nearly three million cookies crossed the counter.

Then, almost overnight, only about 23,000 were reaching anyone.

I did not close the shop.

I did not stop baking.

My regular customers did not disappear.

The customers who still received a cookie were responding more enthusiastically than before.

Yet most of my trays were apparently no longer reaching the people who had already asked to shop with me.

Around that same period, someone claimed I had served a peanut-butter cookie when the cookie was actually chocolate chip. After that dispute, the shop lost the resources it had previously earned from distributing cookies.

I cannot prove who moved the trays, changed the doors, or altered the delivery route.

I can prove the result.

The bakery once distributed millions in a day. Now, despite the same baker, the same customers and constant production, only a small fraction reaches the counter.

I am an ethnically Black conservative creator. I am not accusing anyone of secretly closing my bakery. I am documenting that the doors no longer appear to open the way they once did, and I want a transparent explanation for what changed.

Long, but a must-read and please share.

Yesterday I noticed a tremendous amount of hate & vitriol in replies on X directed at me referencing Sandy Hook. “How dare you try to pull a Sandy Hook on Candace” (paraphrasing).

I’m not complaining about getting “hate” online - it’s par for the course. I just sincerely couldn’t understand the basis of the criticism. It wasn’t just an inaccurate representation of why I was referencing Sandy Hook - it was precisely contrary to reality.

Then today, during our stream in Locals, someone asked if I saw that Candace had talked about me on her last show.

And then I understood why her audience was - yet again - misled to believe the exact *opposite* of the truth.

@RealCandaceO effectively suggested that I was working with TPUSA… “they are getting ahead of something”.

I have strictly and absolutely nothing to do with TPUSA.

I was not referencing Sandy Hook in support of lawfare or silencing disfavored speech because of alleged “harassment”. This is not just inaccurate. It’s a bald face lie.

In fact, I have been one of the most vocal supporters of @RealAlexJones and the Sandy Hook lawfare that was waged against him, pretty much since 2018 (when I did my first video breaking down his deposition in that lawsuit).

I went to Texas to attend the trial on the quantum. I have, for the last near decade, been one of Jones’ most proactive and steadfast defenders AGAINST the Sandy Hook lawfare.

My position was precisely that of Charlie Kirk, as it had been for years prior.

It’s not just that everyone knows that. It’s that you have to be stupid or a liar to say otherwise.

And Candace, true to form, misleads her audience not just into ignorance - but into an online harassment campaign that is based on her lies.

To educate her audience: the reason I referenced Sandy Hook was to highlight how the absurd conspiracy theories - like trap doors, exploding microphones, and Egyptian planes - actually make it more difficult to talk about the true unanswered questions.

Much like those who promoted the idea that nobody died at Sandy Hook were the ones responsible for making meaningful discussion impossible. We all got lumped together with the “nobody actually died” loons.

So now when I ask “who was on those discord chats, how did some people have advanced knowledge, how was George Zinn there acting as a decoy, etc.”, people can say “you’re just one of those exploding microphone Egyptian planes Candace loons. We don’t have to dignify your questions with an answer.”

So congrats, Candace. You are the true culprits’ best friend in all of this.

And I’ll ask you again - when you misrepresented why I was referencing Sandy Hook, was it because you are ignorant? Or is it because you are a liar?
