@lindaholmes A non-endurance PZ ride longer than 45 minutes or a regular ride longer than 30 can eff right off.

@lindaholmes The endurance rides go up to 90 minutes, but 45 is really my sweet spot for endurance. I *can* do more if I'm wearing padded shorts, but for anything past an hour I get *so* bored

@lindaholmes Also I'm not positive because I'm an app user on a different bike, but I think newer PZ classes may show a bar telling you what zone to be in when you're on a Peloton bike

@lindaholmes Sam teaches PowerZone classes! He just didn't start until after that program came out. I usually turn on subtitles and mute PZ classes with serendipitous playlists and listen to podcasts/audiobooks instead
