Either icepack is getting melted by the time reaching home or no icepack. Please educate them or take actions on the poor deliveries. Hope aggregators learn soon.

Our authorised distributors are subject to regular quality control however, retailers & aggregators work independently without any contractual relation with us.1/2

Same issue with medplus. icepack was there, but no ice, it got melted by the time reached home. A special care is needed for insulin delivery, like thermocol packing is needed @MedPlusIndia
