-> pick a niche where businesses already move a LOT of money. ecom, agencies, creators, info, etc.

-> build the neobank around that niche. if you pick ecom, the positioning, features, content and partnerships should all be built for ecom operators.

-> partner with people who already have distribution in that market. creators, communities, software companies, newsletters, agencies. give them a cut for bringing businesses in.

-> make content around the financial problems that niche already cares about. cash flow, payouts, expenses, cards, taxes, etc. that gives you a way to consistently reach the exact people you want using the product.

-> prioritize businesses that process serious volume. Whop pays residuals on the volume processed through the neobank, so a few high-volume businesses could be worth way more than thousands of randoms.

once you get one niche working, you can take the same playbook into another.
