@ViatorTravel Isn't @ViatorTravel taking any ownership of the ruined experience for 8 people and torture they went through? I am awaiting to see how this can sorted for the whole group who went through this and how this can be resolved

@ViatorTravel today I had booked a one day Isle of Skye tour for my 57 year old parents through you (Br 1022769965) with Happy Tours Scotland Limited. The tour guide was extremely rude with the entire lot just because someone fell sick on the way. Continued....

@ViatorTravel On return the tour operator says sorry and says I will refund the money but that's it. There is nothing I can do for the waste of day, traumatic experience, accommodation cost. And he decides to not compensate in any way @ViatorTravel

@ViatorTravel On making some calls with the company, he came and picked people up but said the tour ends here and we go back. People went through the trauma of not eating and drinking just in case they fall sick and guide decides to act out and leave them again in middle of nowhere

@ViatorTravel @ViatorTravel Most of the group asked him to be considerate and not leave the girl mid way. The guide acted out and after some small issue, he dropped luggage of entire group on the road and left them stranded in middle of the tour.
