@AskCiti I’m so disappointed with what I’ve been through with Citi bank and I’d strongly advice y’all don’t bank with them anymore, my mom got a deposit of $150k in account and this bank closed her account for no reason whatsoever and despite providing every necessary documents required

@AskCiti They closed her account and never returned her funds until and she kept fighting for it. I’m appalled at how you treat your customers, there’s no transparency and I have decided to legal actions if the funds are not returned back to her. Citi bank Deerfield beach Florida
