I agree with the direction, but I'd be careful with "certainty" With a technology as powerful and fast moving as AI, certainty may be an impossible threshold.

A better principle might be to accelerate by default while ensuring that our ability to measure, understand, and manage risk scales at least as fast as our capabilities.

Safety should enable us to move faster.
