Footage from a Monday morning car crash in Miami Gardens shows a vehicle wedged under a Publix 18-wheeler. Surveillance video captures the Publix truck leaving a nearby distribution center, its left blinkers on as the driver attempted a left turn. A car, speeding down the road and failing to stop, crashes into the truck, becoming trapped underneath it.
